Bought the silverstar headlights for the same reason as others. Paid $40 for a pair. One of them went out at 10 months. Luckily kept the packaging and receipt. The packaging states "satisfaction guarantee for 12 months". I emailed Sylvania and they said they are willing to send me a new bulb. But they also stated that since the bulb burns brighter than most bulbs the product life is decreased.
