This plate cover is pretty, but not dazzling. I have found many thru on-line searches that offer an "explosion" of color and dazzle. I would suggest you shop around.
While this is a really pretty license plate frame, I specifically chose this one because the picture showed that it had no holes across the bottom. Since my car only has top holes for license plates, I wanted a clean look across the bottom of the frame. Obviously, it came with 2 hole inserts. Not a huge deal, but definitely not something I wanted. Otherwise, very nice frame.
