Blitz Rhino Ramp 8000 Review

Blitz Rhino Ramp 8000 Review
First off, these ramps are rated to hold 2,000 lbs per ramp, requiring four ramps to reach the 8,000 lbs advertised limit. In case you were think my vehicle's front axle weight is such and such, and these hold this much...

Second, I was surprised by how flimsy they feel. I placed the ramps on the down-hill incline at the end of my driveway, then drove my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 onto them. The right-hand ramp moved slightly (as evidenced by the black plastic line it left on the concrete) but held the weight of the truck. I gave the truck a thorough shoving and pulling in both directions before I considered crawling under the engine.

Though these ramps are flimsy, when crushed between the weight of a vehicle and the ground, they acquire a sort of desperate strength. I changed my oil without issue, and back off of them with no problems. Am I concerned one of them might simply split in half like a cardboard box? Absolutely. Am I going to keep using them until they do? Indeed I am.
I purchased the Blitz Rhino Ramp so I could raise the front wheels of my Kabota lawn tractor to wash out the mowing deck underneath. They were perfect for this task and I highly recommend them. They are very sturdy and lightweight and can be stored outside because they are made of heavy fiberglass. I was also very impressed with how quickly they were delivered.
