Note: This is NOT for towing--this is ONLY for use with a bicycle rack!!! No where in the item description does it mention that this is NOT FOR TOWING, and yet when I opened the box from Amazon, it's printed right on the Heininger box--"Not to be used for towing." I bought this because I needed a hitch extension--NOT a bike rack mounting extension!! What a waste of time and money............Get more detail about Heininger 6000 Advantage Hitch Extension.
