I purchased this for a friends Sprinter. She had a "regular" non-powered adaptor and it worked for her pop-up but when she switched to a larger trailer with more lights the computer on the Sprinter was causing problems with not all lights on the trailer working. This adaptor cured the problems. Shipping was fast and arrived as scheduled. This item was not to be found at the local auto supply houses and most of the counter sales people there did not even know what it was.
I would have liked some shrink tube and a little longer pigtail on one item to make the install a little neater and more weatherproof.
